The residential detached housing business operates under the trading name of Uniquebuild, which has been building affordable quality homes since 1999. Uniquebuild’s homes division offers either complete house and land packages or builds houses on a client’s own land. The company has a number of house plans and façade options that can be customised to suit client or site requirements. 

Uniquebuild’s commercial division operates under the name of Uniquebuild Constructions, which has expertise in commercial and larger scale residential and commercial development and construction projects. The Company’s experience includes mixed use developments, offices, service stations, convenience stores, medical centres, aged care homes, student housing, car wash facilities, community centres, swimming facilities and pools of various dimensions. Uniquebuild Constructions undertakes projects for either Uniquebuild’s own developments or for third party clients. 

Advisory services: Uniquebuild provides an end-to-end solution for the complete development journey from concept to final built form. 
 
Large scale residential developments: The principals and management have been involved in some of Australia’s leading development projects including Shepparton medical and living precincts and Braybrook Mews developments, as well as Masterplans for significant land developments at Coomera in Queensland. 
 

Land: Uniquebuild has considerable expertise in sourcing land for the development of urban infill medium density projects, as well as land in Melbourne’s outer suburbs for house and land packages to be sold through its residential housing division. The Company’s land position supports its residential volume building activities by providing the Uniquebuild sales consultants with access to land to on-sell to customers.
